An undulating walk in the South Downs through fields and woodland, along country roads and farm tracks. We head south from Upham on the Allan King Way, then loop round to the north, passing through Owlesbury and stopping for lunch after about 7.5 miles in woodland, before continuing south back to Upham for a drink in the Brushmakers Arms. Much of the route is up and down on varying gradients, with a particularly steep hill in the second half, and paths may be muddy. Please bring a packed lunch and appropriate clothing/footwear for the terrain and weather.
