A hilly and scenic route in and around the South Downs starting from East Meon.
From Workhouse Lane car park, East Meon. The route goes through All Saints Church, Park Hill, Pidham Cottages, Limekiln Lane, Butser Hill, Queen Elizabeth Country Park, then returning to Butser Hill, Storylands Farm, Salt Hill, Coombe Cross then East Meon. It could take around six hours. There will be regular breaks and a lunch stop. There could be a mixture of conditions and terrain, so please bring appropriate clothing, and waterproofs. We could go to Ye Olde George Inn pub afterwards.
